Return & Exchange Timeframe
WB Sports offers a 5-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery. If you're not happy with your order, you can request a return or exchange within 5 days of receiving your product.
📹 Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement
To be eligible for returns or exchanges, you MUST record an unboxing video of your parcel delivery. This is required to process any return, exchange, or complaint regarding defective or wrong items.
- Start recording before opening the package (sealed parcel must be visible)
- Show the parcel label clearly (order number and your details)
- Record the entire unboxing process without pausing
- Display all items in the package
- Highlight any defects or issues immediately
⚠️ Without an unboxing video:
We cannot process returns or exchanges for defective items, wrong deliveries, or damaged products. No exceptions will be made.
Eligible Return & Exchange Conditions
- Defective products (manufacturing defects or damage – unboxing video required)
- Wrong item delivered (unboxing video required)
- Size/fit issues (product must be unused)
- Damaged during shipping (unboxing video required)
- Missing items (unboxing video required)
We DO NOT Accept Returns/Exchanges For:
- Used products
- Products without tags or packaging
- Hygiene products (opened/used)
- Customized/personalized items
- Sale items (unless defective)
- Change of mind (unless unused and in original condition)
- Any claim without proper unboxing video documentation
Product Condition Requirements
To qualify for return or exchange, products must be completely unused, in original packaging with all tags attached, accompanied by invoice/receipt, documented with unboxing video (if defective/wrong item), and free from stains, odors, or customer damage. All accessories, manuals, and free gifts must be included.
How to Request Return or Exchange
- Contact us within 5 days of delivery via WhatsApp, email, or phone
- Provide order details and reason for return/exchange
- Submit unboxing video and clear product photos
- Wait for approval (24–48 hours)
- Return shipping instructions will be provided once approved
- Inspection & processing within 3–5 business days after receiving product
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection. Shipping charges are non‑refundable (unless the return is due to our error).
Exchanges
Exchanges depend on product availability. If unavailable, we’ll offer a refund or store credit. Replacement products ship within 3–5 business days after receiving your return.
Return Shipping
- Defective/wrong items: WB Sports covers return shipping costs
- Size/fit issues or change of mind: Customer pays return shipping
- Pickup service available in major cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad)
Important Notes
- The 5‑day period is calculated from delivery date
- Products must be returned in the same condition as delivered
- Unboxing video is mandatory for defect claims
- WB Sports reserves the right to refuse returns that don’t meet requirements
